Bad Romance Makes Lady Gaga the Queen of YouTube

Pop sensation Lady Gaga has broken yet another record after her music video for hit single ‘Bad Romance’ became the most-viewed video in YouTube history.
Double Grammy-winning Gaga, or Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta to her mother, has seen the video, which sees the singer kidnapped by supermodels and sold to the Russian mafia, overtake previous champ ‘Charlie bit my finger – again!’ with 180,748,037 views at the time of writing. 
The single itself reached number-one on the UK Singles Chart, Irish Singles Chart, Canadian Hot 100 and the Swedish, German, Austrian and Danish charts, while peaking at number two in countries such as the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
The video, directed by I Am Legend’s Francis Lawrence, forms a vital part of Lady Gaga’s YouTube channel which has also smashed site records by becoming the first to receive a billion views – thanks to stomping hit videos including ‘Just Dance’, ‘Poker Face’ and new tracks such as the Beyonce collaboration ‘Telephone’ which became an instant internet sensation reaching 500,000 hits within twelve hours of its video appearing on YouTube.
Gaga’s eye-catching videos are so popular that a quarter of all visitors to Vevo – the major labels’ new, YouTube-partnered video site – arrive purely for her music.

Amy Winehouse, the English singer and songwriter , who is more famous for her personal life and paparazzi assaults, was born to a taxi-driver father and a pharmacist mother. The 26 year old singer has entered the Guinness book of world records for being the only English female artist to win the most Grammy’s. She says her interest for singing came from her dad who used to keep humming Frank Sinatra when she was young . Her grandmother then enrolled her in a theatrical school where she was thrown at 14 due to unacceptable behavior She owned her first guitar when she was thirteen and there has been no stopping her ever since. She received raving positive reviews for her first album ‘Frank’. She is best known for her powerful, deep voice combined with her autobiographed lyrics.
Amy has also been know for her fashion style, the bee-hive has become a a trade mark in which girls around the world have copied, she has also had been known for her jewellery and with the latest charms crazy I wonder whether we will see this girl wearing a stunning nomination bracelet ? 
After her success at UK she shifted more to the girl band type genre and released her second album which went to a billboard seven in the US and raised her popularity! Her singles ‘rehab’ became the most successful song in her career, which was sparked from her own. She refused to go to rehab for her various problems and this spawned her into writing the song which topped the chats for long. She has long been known for her self harming, drinking, and drug abuse behavior and recently speculations about her ever decreasing weight has had the spotlight.
She married Blake-Fielder , her childhood friend, and both of them were off their rockers for quite sometime doing drugs, engaging in fights leaving them bloody and bruised, while depending on each other quite a lot. The string of madness started after Amy lost control of her life going into a spiral downfall when her marriage with Blake ended and after her grandmother, who was always her standing support, died. She even said that her hubby was a male version of her and that they needed each other to live, but they have been divorced nevertheless. She has been in and out of rehab, growing thinner everyday for the past few years! The media has followed her from her late teens into her twenties making her life transparent to the public splashing images of her doing crack to the bruised faces of her and her hubby.
Amy’s tours have been more than unsuccessful with her lashing out at each performance, or shaking uncontrollably and sobbing, or forgetting the lyrics, and more recently spitting at the fans. All these have garnered her enough negative publicity, but she’s being the most talked about celebrity anyways. Amy is known for her beehive hairstyle which a lot of young female fans have tried to emulate. She has her own distinctive style of dressing up with high tied hair, innumerable tattoos, and a very weird cat-eye black make-up paired with funky retro clothing and skinny jeans. She can carry off anything from the flat ballerina shoes to high heeled slinks with great poise!
